Credentials, confirming authorities of the Russian delegation, have been protested in the opening of the winter session of the PACE, APA's bureau in London reports.
Both Ukrainian MP Yevheniya Kravchuk with the procedural ground (the 7th rule of Rules of Procedure) and member of Lithuanian delegation Emanuelis Zingeris with important grounds (the 8th Rule) have protested against credentials of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly in the Council of Europe.
The issue will be discussed within the framework of the Assembly at 3:30 p.m on January 26.
