Erdogan: "Our meeting with Putin was very different"

"Our meeting with Putin within the framework of the visit to Iran was very different because, in the case of Putin and Zelensky, we see everyone as a friend, not an enemy," said Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish President in an interview with the local journalists, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

The President noted that despite the issues that the two countries could not agree on, Turkiye intends to develop areas of potential cooperation with Russia.

In addition, Erdogan reminded that terrorism is the main topic of discussion at the summit on the Astana process held in Iran, and said that Syria has become a nest of terrorists.
