The country's leader stated that while the process of counting votes is ongoing, rushing to disclose the results means usurping the national will.
"We are pleased that our people's sympathy is reflected in the vote counting.I request that my friends and colleagues remain at the ballot boxes until the results are officially disclosed. I congratulate all of my citizens who voted for democracy and participated in the election, and I express my gratitude to each of them," Erdogan stated.
