Erdogan: “Putin wants the war in Ukraine to end soon”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants the war in Ukraine to end soon, Erdogan spoke about the importance of Ukraine’s same approach with Russia regarding peace, in his interview with PBS TV, APA reports.

“I understood that they really want the war to end soon. The evils of the course of war are many. For example, currently, an agreement was reached on the mutual exchange of 200 prisoners. It is a very good development. This is good news, however, Ukraine should be in the same approach with Russia about the end of the war and we must be determined to end this war.”
