Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone talk with Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, APA reports.
The sides discussed the “referendums” in the areas of Ukraine under Russia's control.
Erdogan said that one-sided “referendums” will complicate efforts to revive the diplomatic process.
