"The Security Council is no longer a guarantor of global security; it has turned into an arena for the political strategies of five countries," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during his speech at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that the world is currently facing a new global crisis. Türkiye is making efforts for the resolution of the Russia-Ukraine war and is working to bring the parties back to the negotiating table.
