"From September 19, Estonia closes entry for Russian citizens, including those with Schengen visas issued by third countries," announced Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu at a press conference on September 8, APA reports citing Interfax.
“On the night of September 19 or from 00:00 on September 19, a ban on entry across external borders will come into effect for Russian citizens, regardless of which states have been issued a Schengen visa,” the minister said.
According to him, other states of the Baltic region will do the same.
