Estonian President Alar Karis did not approve of parliamentary amendments to the Law on the Implementation of the Building Law, the Zoning Law and the State Property Law, which facilitated the demolition of Soviet monuments because they were unconstitutional. knowledgeable Office of the head of state on Tuesday, APA reports citing News Unrolled.
