The European Union and Russia have reached an agreement on the transit of goods going to the exclave Kaliningrad, as a result of which ''all goods going to the region will be removed as an exception from the sanctions lists,'' the Russian media Izvestia reported on Wednesday, citing high-ranking sources from the country, APA reports citing Tele Trader.
''The European Union and Russia have agreed on the transit of goods to the Kaliningrad region. Brussels provided a document that 'fully satisfied' Moscow,'' the newspaper read.
