The European Union has proposed sanctions on Chinese companies accused of trading with Russia, including an Armenian company on the list, APA reports citing Financial Times.
The European Commission did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Seven Chinese businesses have been listed in a new package of sanctions that EU states will discuss this week, according to the source.
In addition to Chinese companies, it is planned to apply sanctions to one company belonging to Armenia, several companies belonging to the UAE and Syria for the same reasons.
