Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin visited Irpin and Bucha as a part of her visit to Ukraine, the Telegram channel of Irpin City Council informed, APA reports.
"We discussed the assistance issues in restoring our city because Irpin has suffered a lot of damage. More than 70% of the city was destroyed, making it a shield for Kyiv. I thank the uncompromising international position on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the imposition of tougher sanctions against Russia, military support, and assistance," said Angela Makeyeva, head of the Irpin City Council.
Notably, the Prime Minister of Finland paid an unexpected visit to Ukraine.
