The first Russian passenger plane landed at Tbilisi International Airport about 4-years break, APA's Georgian office reports.
The plane belonging to "Azimuth Airlines" was met with a protest at the airport.
A large number of policemen were involved in the airport to ensure security.
Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili also stated that the flight was not welcomed: "Despite the protest of the Georgian people, Russia landed its unwelcome plane in Tbilisi," Zurabishvili said on Twitter.
