The ruling “Georgian Dream” party of Georgia has commented on the clashes that occurred on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, APA’s Georgia bureau reports.

The chairperson of the party Irakli Kobakhidze said at the briefing held today that Georgia is ready to play its role in the field of ensuring peace in the region.

“Ensuring peace in the region is the most important issue for us. It is our main desire and mission. If Georgia and Georgian officials can play any role in this issue, of course, we are ready for it. The main task for everyone should be to stop the conflict, of course,” said Kobakhidze.
