"Kremlin welcomes efforts of any country in Ukraine, aimed at regulation of the situation, if Turkey can influence Kyiv and motivate it on implementation of obligations on Minsk agreements, it can only be welcomed," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

"We welcome efforts of any country, which can help resolution of the situation in Ukraine. Main disagreements between Russia and Ukraine are namely related to suspension of implementation of Minsk agreements by Kyiv. If our Turkish partners can influence the Ukrainians and motivate them to implement agreements, reached beforehand, and take an obligation, it can only be welcomed," stressed Kremlin spokesman.

Remind that suggestion of meeting of Russian and Ukrainian Presidents in Turkey has been noted by Spokesperson of Turkish President Ibrahim Kalin.
