Lithuania suspends electricity imports from Russia

Lithuanian transmission system operator Litgrid has decided to suspend imports of Russian electricity into the country from May 22, APA reports citing 24 Happenings.

Noted that the relevant authorities were notified in advance. Lithuania is the only Baltic country that receives electricity from Russia. Electricity imports will be stopped from Sunday.
