In the Kharkiv region Ukrainian defenders more than 20 settlements that were temporarily occupied by the Russian invaders were liberated, APA reports citing Top News.
According to the correspondent of UNIAN, this was announced by the Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Oleksiy Gromov, during an online briefing.
In particular, according to him, as part of the defense operation in the Kharkiv direction with the aim of restoring the lost territories, since the beginning of the week, the Armed Forces of Ukraine in cooperation with the units of the National Guard and other security forces have been conducting active actions in the specified directions.
