Russia is “open” to negotiations on restoring a grain deal to ensure safe navigation for cargo ships passing through the Black Sea, said President of Russia Vladimir Putin as he met his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Sochi, APA reports citing the National.
The Russian President made the comments while meeting Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Russia's Black Sea resort, Sochi.
"I know you intend to raise the issue of the grain deal. We are open to negotiations on this issue," Putin said alongside Erdogan.
