The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence shared on Monday in its latest intelligence report that the "initial tranches" of Russian people recruited as part of Moscow's partial mobilization have started arriving at military bases, APA reports citing Tele Trader.
"Many tens of thousands of call-up papers have already been issued," the Ministry stated. The officials added that "Russia will now face an administrative and logistical challenge to provide training for the troops."
The Ministry also noted that Moscow's military usually operates in a way that it gives "low-level, initial training to soldiers within their designated operational units, rather than in dedicated training establishments," as is the case for most Western armies.
