Secretary General of Council of Europe to visit Georgia

Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić will pay a visit to Georgia on November 11, Georgian Foreign Ministry stated, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.

According to the Ministry, the visit will take place in connection with the passing of the chairmanship of Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers to Georgia in the upcoming future.

On the sidelines of the visit, the official presentation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2020-2023 will be held.

Secretary General of the Council of Europe is expected to meet with President of Georgia, Prime Minister, the chairperson of the Parliament and Head of the Georgian delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
