Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar discussed the Karabakh issue, said the Russian Defense Ministry, APA reports.
Reported that the ministers discussed the grain deal as well as the Syria issue.
Noted that the conversation was initiated by the Turkish side.
Turkish National Defense Minister Akar stated that Türkiye is pleased with the cooperation on the extension of the grain agreement.

Minister of National Defense of Türkiye Hulusi Akar held a phone conversation with Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu, said Turkish Ministry of National Defense, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
Noted that during the conversation, Akar stressed the importance of continuing the grain initiative, which greatly contributes to the solution of the global food crisis.
