Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced in an interview with the Antena 3 TV channel on Monday the reopening of the country's embassy in Kiev in the coming days, APA reports citing Teletrader.
On Friday, the French Foreign Ministry stated it will resume its diplomatic operations in Ukraine's capital, after having to relocate its embassy to Lviv due to the growing conflict across the country. Similarly, the Italian Foreign Ministry noted its envoys will return to the Kiev office on April 18.
Earlier, European countries decided to withdraw their diplomats from Kiev "in response to the growing threat from Russia."
