"Due to the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia, we can achieve stability and development both in the region and beyond the borders of the region," said Archil Talakvadze, Vice-Speaker of the Georgian Parliament and Head of the Friendship Group with the Parliament of Azerbaijan at the event held in Tbilisi on the occasion of the commemoration of January 20 events, APA's Georgian correspondent reports.
Stating that both countries suffered similar tragedies in their struggle for freedom, Talakvadze expressed his assurance that the strategic partnership established between Azerbaijan and Georgia during the years of independence would be further deepened.
