The minister said that Diyarbakir prosecutor Mustafa Chelenk has already started investigations in this regard.
"But for now, our priority is rescue works and saving people under the rubble. Then, it will be a trial. If someone is negligent, or guilty, they will all be arrested. No one will be able to evade responsibility for what they have done. Make sure of that," he said.
