Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday, during a press conference in Serbia, that the West's policies related to the crisis in Ukraine are modeled to provoke Russia, APA reports citing NTV.
"I can say very clearly that I do not think the attitude of the West is correct," Erdogan stressed, adding that he does not see the conflict ending any time soon. He noted that Turkiye supports a balanced policy on Ukraine.
Erdogan cautioned that Russia is a country that "cannot be underestimated," explaining that the evidence lies in the energy crisis taking place on the European continent at present.
