Türkiye has to make a quick and resolute decision on issues such as the Armenia-Azerbaijan issue, the Russia-Ukraine war, and the conflict in Libya and Syria, Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay said in an interview with the "HaberTürk" channel, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He stated that the country's Presidential management system is the most effective in this regard, and if the opposition leader wins the elections, the vice-presidential positions promised to his partners will create impediments in the state administration system.
Oktay noted that, while the country's president makes the final decision under the current system, all processes are carried out through discussion.
