Turkey has informed Armenia that it has removed the restriction on direct air cargo transportation, said Vaan Unanyan, head of the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
He reminded that the implementation of this agreement was one of the agreements reached at the meeting of the special representatives of the two countries in July.
"We expect that the agreement on the crossing of the land borders of the two countries by the citizens of the third country will be implemented soon," he said.

It was reported that as a result of the meetings held between the special representatives of the two countries, it was noted that from January 1, 2023, direct air cargo transportation between Türkiye and Armenia is possible.
Diplomatic sources stressed that this issue was announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade to the Turkish Exporters Union.
