Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree implementing the National Security and Defense Council's resolution to impose sanctions on legal entities and individuals used by Russia to transport military equipment and soldiers by railway, APA reports.
According to him, the sanctions cover around 185 companies and individuals. Their assets in Ukraine have been blocked, and the property will be used for the defense of the country.
"We will work to ensure that other countries implement similar sanctions," Zelensky said.
