Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said on Saturday that will propose a "system of legal measures" to respond to Russian war crimes in Ukraine, "the likes of which Europe has not seen in 80 years," APA reports citing Ukrinform.
Reznikov said Kyiv will request that "experts in military justice and specialists in countering war crimes" be organized into international groups that would investigate allegations of Russia's war crimes "and also analyze the practical aspects of punishment for war crimes containing many hybrid elements."
