Ukraine and Russia exchanged the bodies of fallen soldiers according to "160 for 160" formula on the front line in Zaporizhzhia region, APA reports citing Ukrinform.
"As a result of negotiations with the participation of the Commissioner for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances, an agreement was reached on the exchange of bodies according to ‘160 for 160’ formula,” the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine said.
The operation was conducted by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, the Chief Directorate of Intelligence, the Ministry of Defense, the Security Service of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
