Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged European leaders to agree on a price cap on Russian oil and called for the cap to be as low as $30 per barrel, APA reports citing Tele Trader.
"The price cuts are very important. We hear about $60 or $70. Such words sound more like a concession (to Russia)," Zelenskyy said during a virtual appearance at a conference in Lithuania, supporting proposals from the Baltic states and Poland to set the cap at $30 per barrel. "It's a much better idea," Zelensky insisted.
