Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his nightly address on Sunday said as of now the number of people killed by Russia's attack on a residential building in Dnipro has risen to 30, APA reports citing Teletrader.

"Today I have been receiving reports from Dnipro all day," Zelensky noted, adding that emergency response teams are on the scene and that debris from the collapsed building is still being cleared. "The rescue operation will last as long as there is even the slightest chance to save lives," the president said.

Zelensky also commented on his decision to expand a list of sanctioned individuals who have shown their support for the Kremlin. "This list is carefully prepared, and behind each name, there is a responsible motivation," Zelensky explained, accusing some of the targeted people of "justifying terror" and greasing "the Russian propaganda machine."
