Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Friday that he plans to meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"As far as we know, China respects territorial integrity. This means that China should do its best to ensure the Russian Federation withdraws its troops from our country," Zelensky said at a press conference in Kyiv while stressing once again the importance of China and Ukraine sitting at the negotiating table.
Earlier, Zelensky also assessed as positive the fact that China has started to talk and be concerned about the situation in Ukraine.
