SSC chairman pleased with the tendency in crediting

He said that the GDP grew 34% year-on-year, in this period, to AZN 12.7bn. the added value was AZN 7.5bn in industry, AZN 697.5m in agriculture, AZN 953.4m in construction, AZN 628.9m in transportation, AZN 791.6m in trade and public catering, AZN 292.6m in communications, AZN 1.1m in other sectors.
Mr. Valiyev said that the industrial production rose 39.2% year-on-year, in the past period of this year, to AZN 10.4bn.
AZN 4.3bn has been invested in construction sector in this period, of which 60.3% is foreign investment. Communications services rose 22.7% to AZN 390.8m. the profit gained from cellular communications grew 22.3% to AZN 257.8m which makes 65.9% of all communications service profits.
The State Budgetâ€™s spending rose 71.1% (AZN 2.2bn) year-over-year, in the period of January-August this year.
Payment of salary, pension and benefits made up 31.6% of the Budget expenditures.
AZN 1.9bn-credit was invested in the economy of the country (AZN 939.6m short-term and AZN 937.3m long-term).
He also said that the loans are long-period and with low interest rate now.
