French Wrestling Federation has commented on the absence of the Azerbaijani flag in official documents of Grand-Prix to be held in Nice, APA reports.
The organization has apologized from Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation.
The French stressed the mistake is not related to politics: "We apologize from Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation and public due to the problem regarding the absence of National Flag in official documents of the Grand-Prix. This amendment has already been made. It was not related to politics in any case, it was just a mistake by us. We wish a good struggle to Azerbaijani wrestlers and representatives of all participating countries.”
Note that more than 300 wrestlers representing 27 countries will compete in the Grand-Prix.
