Vaccines against coronavirus have been exempted from tax, APA reports.
It has been reflected in the amendment, suggested to the Code of Taxes, which has been put in discussion in the third reading at the meeting of the Parliament today.
According to the amendment, from January 1, 2021, the import of vaccines against novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and syringes for these vaccines will not be subject to VAT for a period of 2 years, based on the approval document of the relevant body, determined by relevant executive authority.
The law draft has been put in a vote and adopted in the third reading.
