In January-July of this year, services (satellite telecommunication services and optic satellite services) worth to USD 28.1 million have been exported to 27 countries of the world by Azercosmos OJSC, said Head of Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication Nijat Hajizade, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, it means an increase of 10.2% in comparison with the relevant period of the previous year.
"Income of Azercosmos OJSC from service export makes up 90% of its total incomes. In July of 2020, Azerkosmos exported services worth USD 6.5 million to the 19 countries of the world. The main countries, to which Azercosmos OJSC exported services in January-July of 2020, are the US, the UK, France, Malaysia, and UAE", noted N. Hajizade.
