A decision has been adopted on participation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in capital increase of the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), included World Bank Group on the basis of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA-Economics reports citing Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance.
According to the Order, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov and Minister of Justice Fikrat Mammadov have been given authority of signing relevant documents for Azerbaijan’s subscription to additional 505 capital stocks in the IBRD.
Maintenance of 0.13% of voting power of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be provided in total voting power by owning additional 505 capital stocks.
