During January-February of this year, the volume of the cash US dollar mass sold to people by the banks in Azerbaijan amounted to US$ 483,667.2 thousand, according to results of the calculations conducted by "APA-Economics" on the basis of the indicators issued by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
And this is US$ 13,229.5 thousand or 2.8 % more than the indicators for the same period of 2019.
US$ 263,471.7 thousand from the total mass of the US dollars sold by the banks fell to the share of February, and US$ 220,195.6 thousand - to the share of January. And this in its turn means a 19.7% growth in cash US dollar sales in February, 2020.
