Georgia’s debt to Azerbaijan decreases by 6%

Georgia’s state debt to Azerbaijan has amounted to USD 6,291 mln. on February 29, 2020, APA’s Georgian bureau reports citing statement of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

Noted that amount of Georgia’s debt to Azerbaijan has decreased by USD 408 thousand or 6.1% in monthly comparison.

On February 29, Georgia’s total external debts amounted to USD 5 673,599 mln. USD 403 586 thousand of the debt falls to the share of Asian Development Bank, USD 125 194 thousand to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, while USD 559 236,0 thousand to the European Investment Bank.

The country to which Georgia has the largest amound of debt - USD 370 202,0 thousand - is Germany. In the reporting period, debt of the Georgia's National Bank to the International Monetary Fund was USD 247 191 thousand.
