Money stock in Azerbaijan increased by 17% during last year

As of March 1 of this year, the volume of the wide stock of money (M3) in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 28,530.4 mln. which is AZN 86.3 mln. or 0.3% more as compared with the previous month, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) told "APA-Economics".

While in comparison with the same period of the last year, the money stock has increased by AZN 4,056.4 mln. or 16.5%.
The reports says the volume of the cash money beyond banks (M0) amounted to AZN 9,579.2 mln. As of March 1 which means AZN 312.5 mln. or 3.37% growth as compared with February 1. While in comparison with relevant period of 2019, this indicator has increased by AZN 2,250.7 mln. or 30.7%.

Note that the money stock is a sum of cash and non-cash payment means being in circulation countrywide.
