Positive balance of trade turnover of Azerbaijan with Turkey increased about 5 times last year

Last year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey was $ 4,509,496.04 thousand which is $ 1,106,649.95 thousand or 32.52% more in comparison to 2018, according to the calculation of APA -Economics based on State Customs Committee reports.

The value of export from Azerbaijan to Turkey during 2019 was $ 2,862,694.6 thousand. It is USD 1,036,713.1 thousand or 56.8% more than the relevant indicator of 2018. The value of import was $1,646,801.46 thousand, which is USD 69,936.85 thousand or 4.4% more in comparison with the relevant indicator of 2018.

As a result, a positive balance of $ 1,215,893.12 thousand formed, which is USD 966,776.3 thousand or by 4.9 times more in annual comparison.
