The Russian-Chinese intergovernmental Commission on investment cooperation is discussing 70 investment projects totaling $107 billion, the Russian direct investment Fund (RDIF) said in a statement, APA-Economics reports.
It has been noted that to date, RDIF and RCIF have invested more than $500 million in a number of projects of the intergovernmental Commission, and taking into account the investments of attracted international partners. The total investment will reach $6 billion.
Kirill Dmitriev, head of the RDIF, noted that Russian-Chinese investment cooperation is actively developing in several key areas at once, in particular, in July, the Russian-Chinese technology investment Fund with a volume of $ 1 billion was launched, which is already studying more than 10 projects worth $ 150 million. Also in 2020, the creation of a joint Russian-Chinese Big Bay Fund with Guangdong Utrust Investment Holdings with a total volume of $ 1 billion was successfully completed.
