This year SOFAR to obtain profit worth about US$ 5.4 bln. from ACG - FORECAST

In the draft budget for 2020 of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAR), US$ 5,382.15 mln. will be obtained as the Fund’s receipts from the forecasted sale of oil and gas extracted from “Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli” (ACG) field, "APA-Economics" reports citing the opinion of the Accounts Chamber in the regard to SOFAR’s budget for 2020.

It is expected that the profit amounting to US$ 709.15 mln. will be obtained from “Shahdeniz” field, US$ 1.7 mln. – from “Kursangi” and “Garabagli” fields, US$ 2.7 mln. – from “Surakhani” and “Garachukhur” fields, US$ 2.2 mln. – from “Zigh-Hovsan” field, US$ 0.07 mln. – from “Muradkhanli”, “Jeferli” and “Zardab” fields, US$ 1.1 mln. – from “Neftchala” and “Khilli” fields, US$ 0.6 mln. – from “Mishovdag” and “Kelameddin” fields, US$ 4,45 mln. – from “Kurovdag” field, US$ 11.16 mln. – from “Balakhani-Sabunchu-Ramana” and “Kurdakhani” fields, US$ 6.7 mln. – from the fields included in “Binaqadi” block of fields and US$ 0.014 mln. - from “Gum-Deniz” and “Bahar” fields.
