During January-May of this year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and China made up $ 730,182.6 thousand which is $ 356,600.3 thousand or 32.8% less compared to the same months of 2019, "APA-Economics" reports citing the results of the calculations conducted by it on the basis of the indicators issued by the State Customs Committee.
During the past five months of this year, the volume of export decreased by $ 414,026.5 thousand or 3.2 times and reached $ 188,960.8 thousand, while the volume of import increased by $ 57,426.2 thousand or 11.9% and reached $ 541,221.9 thousand.
During January-May of the current year, the negative trade balance amounting to $ 352,261.1 thousand developed, and this indicator is $ 471,452.7 thousand or 395% compared to the positive balance of the same months of the last year.
