Trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan is planned to be reached USD 5 billion soon, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral told reporters, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, last year this figure was USD 3.4 bln. and this was 30% more compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the goal is to quickly increase the trade turnover between the countries to reach $ 5 billion and above.
The Ambassador also stated that it is necessary to increase investments to achieve these goals and bring economic relations to a higher level.
