State Financial Control Service of the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has revealed excessive and baseless payments in the amount of 756,8 thousand manats due to not following the provisions of legal normative acts in the first quarter of 2019, while 299,9 thousand manats of that fund restored on behalf of the culprits and other baseless payments are suspended, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry.
Control measure are taken regarding the spending the funds on purpose allocated to 2 district executive power authorities, 1 city area representation, 1 educational institution, 2 limited liability companies, and budget organization situated at the several cities and districts.
Administrative protocols were drawn for officials of budget organizations who violated financial regulations according to the Code of Administrative Offenses within the control measures. In accordance with articles of 410.1 and 410.2, 21 officials has been fined totally 20,5 thousand manats and provision of payment of this amount to budget is ensured.
