Export promotion paid by the state budget will be exempted from tax to promote exports in Azerbaijan starting from January 1, the following year, this has been reflected in the proposed amendments to the Tax Code, APA reports.
According to the draft, export promotion paid at the expense of the state budget will be exempt from tax in an established manner by the body determined by the relevant executive authority. Income tax is also included.
The draft law has been included in the agenda of the meetings of the Milli Majlis to be held on November 12, 13 and 14.
