Gas and electricity exports from Azerbaijan to Georgia increase

The volume of gas and gaseous hydrogen carbonate exported to Georgia have increased, the report of the Georgian National Statistics Office reads, APA’s local bureau reports.

It was noted that in January-June of 2019, 1 047 703,2 tons of product amounted to $173 664,8 thousand has been exported from Azerbaijan to Georgia. 967 339,9 tons of gas and gaseous hydrogen carbonate amounted to $168 429,5 thousand were exported to Georgia in the previous year.

It was noted in the report that in January-July of the current year, electric energy amounted to $31 589,0 has been exported from Azerbaijan to Georgia. In the reporting period of the previous year, the exported electricity amounted to $ 26,933.6.
