In January-June 2019, the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in Azerbaijan was equal to AZN 3,228.1, and it was by 3% more than the same period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports referring to State Statistical Committee.
However, an increase rate of GDP per capita in the first half of 2018 was just more by 0.4% in comparison with the analogous period of 2017.
Remind that in the reporting period, in Azerbaijan the GDP was AZN 37.8 bln. or 2.4% more than the relevant period of the previous year.
