During January-August of the current year, the volume of trade turnover of Azerbaijan with the US amounted to USD 603,5 mln. and this is 14,3 mln. or 2.3 % less than compared to the same period of the previous year, according to the calculations of APA-Economics based on the report of State Statistics Committee.
At the same time, in the reporting period, exports decreased by 18,1 times to USD 14,3 mln., imports increased by 64.2% to USD 589,1 mln.
In January-August of the current year, a negative trade balance of USD 574,8 formed and this is 5,8 times more than compared to the annual.
